Women in Leadership Transformation has made tremendous impacts empowering and embracing women lives all over the world. This organization specifically targeted women 40+ years old.
We believe Mid-Life is not a crisis, but is the beginning of NEW LIFE.
The core of our mission lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of ministries and communities we support. It doesn't matter who you are, we are available to support you and to see you grow and mature God's Way.

I learned that mid-life was not a crises, it was the beginning of New Life!!! I explored and read the bible and many women in the bible discovered new things about themselves after a particular age. They encounter Jesus intimately, obtain a new business, had a baby, risen to leadership and so much more. I feel the Lord has gifted me with the ability to lead women to discovery purpose when they reach a particular age and feel as it life is over. It is time to experience a daily V.I.P. (Victory in Power) Spiritual Christian Lifestyle.
